Day Support Services


First Home Care offers Day Support Services for older adolescents and adults with multiple disabilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, to develop the relevant skills that will enable them to participate in all aspects of their communities. Group activities are offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For those who prefer a full day, activities are offered from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The individuals participate in a broad range of structured group activities which include a combination of community-based outings and on-site activities. The goal is to connect with the community to facilitate a better understanding of how individuals with disabilities can be a valuable resource in supporting the community.

Day Support Services are Medicaid waiver eligible.
